Bougainvillea I spent R700 for myself and Husband and I got the worst treatment. Your waiters are so damn sour not sure if he was having a bad day or what. We ordered the Ribs and Prawn combo however the food was cold and the Prawns tasted off when we told the waiter had a attitude and refuse to exchange it. I asked to speak to the manager he said the manager was off and if we want to complain we must call or come back tomorrow. So many people told me to check out this restaurant but it came through as a disappointment.
Capitec Bank and their empty promises!!! I have a Vishing enquiry which has been running from November time, The enquiry was Given to another Agent which was from the 19th December. I mean really it's the 2nd January and still Nothing!!!!!! I have emailed my information like they asked and nobody has gotten back to me. I Strongly feel this bank is offering the worse damn service and their promises mean Nothing! It's been damn 2months and my enquiry has been moved to 2 agents and Still nothing! I am beyond livid! I've even explained my story to consultant!!!! When will my enquiry be seen to?! This is a damn circus! THIS IS MY Second review! I will keep posting untill my stuff is sorted as promised
This bank doesn't deserve a Rating! Capitec is the worst bank ever, after my query is resolved I am moving my business! It's been 3weeks since my query and no answer was given. I have given Capitec what they want and they take their ****en time! I will go to the police station and State in my affidavit the information was given but it's takes 3weeks and now I must go again. All for my funds to be reversed and card to be unblocked. This bank is a waste of time! Client service sucks now I must waste my airtime to ****en phone them! ***** department better get back to me! You are taking food out of my family mouth
I did a Covid19 test where I paid the service provider cash. I sent my claim to Discovery after numerous call last these people tells me the exact same story for almost 5 weeks now. It's pathetic, calling them and never sort out any issues. But they expect us to pay monthly in full and they will take forever to give a covid19 claim back
Telkom shouldnt even get a rating! Telkom call centre agents are disrespectful and not helpful at all. I have been on the line with an agent for more then 20minutes. Telkom agents are under trained , they can not assist you. The agent that assisted couldnt assist as she had the account open but couldnt pick up anything with the reference given. So what is the point in even asking for the account number or reference if they can not pick up anything. Telkom should close their doors honestly for the weak and terrible service they provide the customers.
John dorys standards has dropped heavily I am totally disgusted, They let you wait a hour n hour by the door while their waitors are having a fat chat, where is the service huh? I ordered myself and hubby the R99 special with the prawns. We waited almost an hour for our food and when the food got to us it was cold. I found a hair in my plate and when we wanted to call the manager he walked right pass. What service is that. I am disgusted honestly I didnt even feel like tipping the waitor. We had to pay for **** food that wasnt even warm plus found a hair No man!!!!! Get your act together!
To be honest Spur In Plattekloof doesn't even deserve a rating. As a blogger I enjoy good food but what I experienced at spur plattekloof was just horrible! Myself and husband went for supper we ordered the 1/4 chicken special for R90 . is was disgusting the chicken tasted like they put liquid soap over it you would ask yourself where is the manager Omw the place was even so geverk!!!!!! Spur quality really went down and this special you advertised what a waste if you want to serve your customers liquid soap chicken. It made me sick I went to the doctor the next day. I will never put my foot again in Plattekloof village spur. Talk about disgusting! I would love to see them eat their own liquid soap chicken.
Scanning through careers 24 and I notice that Capita is either confused or doesn't understand career roles presented within the contact center. Inbound customer service, customer service advisor, customer service representative, customer service experience , customer service agent like Hello its died straight customer service!!!!!! The salary is the same for the presented roles, Capita just knows how to fool people into applying for the roles. I blame the recruiter for lack of knowledge I mean seriously do you just copy and paste what management gives you, then what are you doing in the role? Google the meaning between the roles if you don't know and the salary because a rep doesn't earn the same as a customer service Agent. Capita get your roles together!!!!!!!!
MiWay insurance consultants are arrogant!!!!! They think that they can beat my insurance that I am currently with. I am paying no excess and my monthly premium is R780 per monthly. MiWay quotes me R1200 with R1000 excess then they want to compare themselves to my insurance. No thank you if you want to be professional then give a professional quote. What a waste!
Marie stopes doesn't even deserve a rating! I am extremely disgusted in the service I have received since booking my second appointment the first one was a breeze. Friday 5the March I had an appointment scheduled for 3pm at Marie stopes hout bay the nurse got sick. No communication was communicated I spoke to 3 agents that could move my appointment after phoning for the 4th time a agent then tells me that nurse was booked sick since 10am and my appointment was for 3pm. She gave me so much attitude over the phone and screaming who does that? Marie stopes what customer service does your people present? When I asked for her name she went slient not even apologizing. If I knew I would be treated like this I would never consider using Marie stopes. I am extremely disgusted!!!!!!!!!!!
