Excellent after sales service

Chris is a pleasure to deal with, been buying DJ gear from him for at least 6 years now. Quick and reliable and when a problem arises he deals with it. For example, he couriered a shipment to us and the package was ****** from the courier company during the 2022 KZN Looting drama.

I really thought that's the end of it, but Chris shipped a replacement package immediately even though the package wasn't insured due to the small amount in question.

It's easy to get great reviews when things go right, but the way a company reacts after a sale when things go wrong means so much more to me than some gimmicky discount.

I cannot recommend Chris and the Team from Bounce Online enough, they simply are incredible.
