Excellent after sales service
Chris is a pleasure to deal with, been buying DJ gear from him for at least 6 years now. Quick and reliable and when a problem arises he deals with it. For example, he couriered a shipment to us and the package was ****** from the courier company during the 2022 KZN Looting drama. I really thought that's the end of it, but Chris shipped a replacement package immediately even though the package wasn't insured due to the small amount in question. It's easy to get great reviews when things go right, but the way a company reacts after a sale when things go wrong means so much more to me than some gimmicky discount. I cannot recommend Chris and the Team from Bounce Online enough, they simply are incredible.

Calls from 010 204 3000
I keep on getting calls from ********** . When I answer, the phone is hung up on me. I Googled the number and it seems to be Nedbank. Is this one of your call centres? I am a Nedbank client, I have received five of these calls now in the last two days, numerous since May 2018. Is someone looking for me, I'm pretty sure I've marked my prefer method of communication with Nedbank as Email only.
