Hi I am nanas aunt Just wanted to say that I had an awful experience coming from a manager disrespect to the girl that was helping us. Bekunzima ***hulu my child nana has asthma into eyenziwe ulwazi ngiyabonga belalisa phansi ngeside ask her to stay awaken the girl was even speaking to her basitselile nge ambulance . A lady came wase wamthisa and waduba wahamba if it wasn't for that girl I dont know what would of happened ngoba besthukile sizama ezinye indlela Sisuka kude kodwa we are never ever coming back this happened on Thursday poor management and disrespectful

I'm impressed with these guys. Tiffany and Chris go out of their way to maintain communication with until you acquire your studio equipment. They are my go to guys when I'm buying things like my Studio TRS cables and adapters and even studio gear. They've got reasonable prices and are always up for the challenge. That's Tiff for your outstanding service on Friday, you guys are the best.

Excellent after sales service
Chris is a pleasure to deal with, been buying DJ gear from him for at least 6 years now. Quick and reliable and when a problem arises he deals with it. For example, he couriered a shipment to us and the package was ****** from the courier company during the 2022 KZN Looting drama. I really thought that's the end of it, but Chris shipped a replacement package immediately even though the package wasn't insured due to the small amount in question. It's easy to get great reviews when things go right, but the way a company reacts after a sale when things go wrong means so much more to me than some gimmicky discount. I cannot recommend Chris and the Team from Bounce Online enough, they simply are incredible.

Exceptional service
WOW, I have never experienced exceptional service in my lifetime. This is the 1st. I purchased a Roland keyboard online at 10h26 and it was delivered to me at 12h30....WOW. The responses to the chat on the website was immediate. Bounce now has a customer for life. Highly recommend this organisation for their ethical operations and pleasant customer experience. What an amazing experiencing dealing with Bounceonline, I placed an order for an Electronic drum set and if you buy a seat (throne) with the drum set you get the throne at a discounted price, at first the full amount was charged, I then sent the Sales person a mail to question this and he said he will arrange for the discounted amount to be refunded to me (refund happened within 48 hours) and was very impressed! I placed another order in the morning about a week after my first order and the second order was delivered the same day, how amazing is that? I just would like to say thanks to Chris and Tiffany for the exceptional service received and to keep up the great work. Much appreciated
