Private Banking with Nedbank what?
I have been a private banking client of Nedbank for a long time, Since last year when Kulula.com liquidated I have reached out to my banker and the associated departments to assist me in getting my refund for a ticket purchased where the flight was cancelled by the airline. The process clearly stated that I could ask my bank to refund the money from Comair and till today, I have not received my refund. I have escalated to my private banker several times with no results. Perhaps it's time to cut my loses and move banks but Nedbank, here is your final chance to redeem yourself?

Nice price, not nice if you have problem.
Do not do business with this company, you are better off paying a little extra and dealing with Takealot. I bought 2 draft stoppers...they sent me 2 different colours...I contacted them to change it for me...and was told the returned item will need to be returned at my cost. The price of the goods are R100 each. It will cost me R100 to return it, so what's the point...sorry, that for me is a failure...at least with Takealot I know if I have a problem, it will be solved at no cost to me. I told them this as well and they couldn't care less.

Dishonest Business.
I have been a Mix Telematics customer since 2013, every time I buy a new vehicle they would restart my contract even though the last one was not finished. When I bought my most recent vehicle I informed them and again they restarted my contract, it didn't bother me until I recently sold the vehicle and requested for them to stop my contract. I was told that I have to pay penalty fees which did not make sense to me as I have been a contact holder since 2013. I asked them to write off the penalty fees and I still have not received positive feedback on this and they continue to debit me monthly. I have written to them and called them (it's impossible to get ahold of them on the phone) and till now I have no joy. You can call me anytime Mix Telematics, please call me anytime.

Good Experience
They've always delivered what you ordered, no surprises. They also respond promptly to inquiries. I would give a 5/5 if they were able to introduce free delivery of higher value orders (like takealot does) and if they could ship products sooner as most buyers want the products for occasions like birthdays e.g. and that long waiting time does make one go to other suppliers. Stealing interest on deposits
You take 14 business days to refund? That's 20 days with weekends. It's not fair. You need to change your process. Every other company holds the deposit and releases it within the week?
