Exceptional service
WOW, I have never experienced exceptional service in my lifetime. This is the 1st. I purchased a Roland keyboard online at 10h26 and it was delivered to me at 12h30....WOW. The responses to the chat on the website was immediate. Bounce now has a customer for life. Highly recommend this organisation for their ethical operations and pleasant customer experience. Disgruntled
I continue to receive SMS's to settle my account when my 2 accounts with them have been settled. I am at my wits end dealing with this organisation and to compound matters, they will not call you or answer their phones for that matter. Is this organisation managed????

Poor service
Pathetic service from On Air TV billing. 1. Double billing 2. Accounts settled and still being debited 3. Cannot get through on their toll free number....just wait for an agent 4. Constantly have to provide proof, with no effort on their side to validate their systems.

Quality service received
Had the most pleasant experience when liaising with Mbali Ngoobo to review my car insurance premiums. A very pleasant person who is also knowledgeable. A breath of fresh air considering the times we in. I am so impressed with the quality of service I received from her. Amazing....
