I ordered a product on the 27 August and everything went smoothly, their helpful support chat told me the product would be delivered within 3 days if it was in stock. I received an email confirming the order, however, no delivery estimate date was included. A few days went by and I received no updates on my order (if it was in stock, when it was expected to be delivered, etc.). I eventually phoned the call centre to follow up on my order. Although the lady tried to be as helpful as possible, she didn't seem to know why my order had not been delivered yet and told me she would follow up and get back to me the next morning. The next morning come and went with no follow-up call, I had to call them again and they still didn't have any updates on my order.
To summarise, it's easy to get hold of them and they are very friendly and try to be helpful, however, their communication is terrible and I still don't have my order.
