Disgusting and Pathetic Very Poor Customer Service

I went to Boxer store in Noord Street Johannesburg as it is my favorite store i always travel more than 8km to go there do my grocery shopping but when i was standing waiting to pay i say a guy coming from infront of me and he went to tallk to the cashier i was standing there for more that 5 minutes while another cashier Amanda Vuthu was busy with another customer this guy paid and left we waited again this while she was still standing there taking coins from the plastic we ask if we may come and pay she was so rude she said how can we come and pay while she was still busy with coins i said we didn't know because we so someone paying to her she said yes but the guy is working there i told her i that she must not do flavours because we all also customers she then closed the till and left me standing when i started to talk to her she started swearing at me i went to the security and ask to speak to the manager he ask me what was the matter i told him he said it is to early to talk to the manager i waited again to pay to another lady by tge name of Amanda Vuthu and i ask the name of her colleague she said i don t know in a very rude way why don't you ask her I'm very disappointed about the service i got from your cashiers she is short and light skinned everyone refused to tell me the name of the store manager i felt like she's the one in charge because she didn't care about what i was saying I'm angry and disappointed
