We had bad service from the Bradlows Maponya mall branch as even the manager said he does not care even if we report him. We had bought recliner couches from the maponya branch and we also insured them from the branch. So as we bought them we have returned them for repairs 3 times for one thing the hand rest gets deflated always then we went to complain at the branch now in January as we are paying alot a month for the couches not to be returned to be fixed for always one thing so want the couches to be changed for new once. We went through their procedures to wait for them to reply . I was called by the manager of the shop who is rude and cannot speed to customers and I wonder how he got to be manager. He was screaming at me on the phone and told me there will be no new couches for me . The manager called me on my cellphone on 19/02/2025 so how can I go and repair the same thing always that's what I had asked with no success on the phone with me he even dropped the phone on my ears so I wonder is this what Bradlows teaches in customer service I m not happy with their service . And lastly I had asked him if he is talking to me like that because he knows the calls are not recorded and he said he is going to drop the phone so his attitude stinks to be a manager.
