We had bad service from the Bradlows Maponya mall branch as even the manager said he does not care even if we report him. We had bought recliner couches from the maponya branch and we also insured them from the branch. So as we bought them we have returned them for repairs 3 times for one thing the hand rest gets deflated always then we went to complain at the branch now in January as we are paying alot a month for the couches not to be returned to be fixed for always one thing so want the couches to be changed for new once. We went through their procedures to wait for them to reply . I was called by the manager of the shop who is rude and cannot speed to customers and I wonder how he got to be manager. He was screaming at me on the phone and told me there will be no new couches for me . The manager called me on my cellphone on 19/02/2025 so how can I go and repair the same thing always that's what I had asked with no success on the phone with me he even dropped the phone on my ears so I wonder is this what Bradlows teaches in customer service I m not happy with their service . And lastly I had asked him if he is talking to me like that because he knows the calls are not recorded and he said he is going to drop the phone so his attitude stinks to be a manager.
City power has poor customer service . I had an issue with the meter box I was using and they came to change it by their technical team and I had units that i had bought which I needed to claim back to the new meter I was given and their call center said I should go to city power Roodeport and I did and was advised my units will be put back into the meter after 3 days which they never did when you call them you will wait on call for more than 30 minutes as if their call center there is only one person working . They have poor service and I m very dissapointed by this I m left with little units on the meter so I cannot use my geyser as they do not want to replace my units and I have provided all they were looking for the phone number I was given to call for follow up is always on voice mail which is 011 490 7940 and when you call and ask for a call back you will never get called . When i was there taking documents there were a lot of people going there with complains they have poor service.
Rain has bad service all round meaning even their support call center always lie to customers. I have a rain router which I pay for every month and I feel like I m paying Rain for free as I m getting nothing off it their router is always offline and these days its worse I cannot do anything with the data services that I m paying for then when you call them they lie and say they have ascalated your issue to their technical team which will never call you to help with issues you have it is not the first time I complain but their service gets worse by the day I feel like I m paying rain for free as I cannot do any thing about the router i have it is always offline. Reference number 19230110 it is not the only one they can check from their system how many tines I called.
I m a worker at NHLS Baragwanath and i have been moved here for a little while and I find it strange that they dont follow labour laws when paying employees on weekends and holidays and labour says *2 on sunday and 1.5 saturday and holidays *2 in every business even retail and when employees lay their concerns they come on deaf ears so the employees here are not happy and they have been exploited to much by the Business manager at Ch bara lab hope this goes to the CEO so that she can come sort this mess out for workers who have shown dedication to their work even though they are unfairly not being paid like other Nhls departments .
There is a place at haartebees port dam they have bad service for bookings they cannot even send a quotation
I m a user of vodacom since I know never used any network since now I have a problem with network all the time I live in Fleurhof and I cannot answer calls because of network issues while people using mtn never have any issues vodacom should up their game and fix these issues all around
Rain has the most bad customer service ever especially support as you always will go to app get a reference number but you will never be called when you try to call you will wait for long and won't get any help from them they have poor service and I m tired of trying to help from them for ever . Their router always have a problem and you won't get help solving those issues always excuses. I truly regret taking your services.
