I have purchased a Lunge suite at Bradlow's Maponya Mall just over 2 years ago. I have a problem with the recliner since February 2024 and can you believe they refuse to assist me for over 8 months now. I have been getting the run around and **** to about unit being out of guarantee just to avoid helping. It has taken me 8 months to finally get them to realize that the unit is still under guarantee, but they still refuse to collect it and resolve it. They expect me to contact the supplier and arrange for repairs to save them the time as they to lazy. Rreally feel their service is gone from bad to worst.
