I have purchased a Fridge for almost R40 000.00 in March 2023. I have logged a call in 2024 while still under the warrantee. They sent a technician out and they couldn't find a fault. The problem persisted but they needed proof from me and required a recording of the problem which was impossible for me to do as it happens for a few seconds at a time. Then the problem started getting worse however it was now out of warrantee and the fridge packed up just over 2 years after purchase. I was then forced to pay as the problem was the cooling fan packing up. They were able ti find the fault immediately by a display in the fridge, but why could they not pick up the problem initially using the same display to find the fault. Now again the compressor packs up 3 months later and still i am liable to pay as we are required to pay for technician even though the compressor has a 10 year guarantee. This is just ridiculous as nothing is explained when you purchase the unit about how they work. Now technician has come out and tried fixing it but the problem has not been resolved and no one at LG can reslove my issues. All my emails and calls are not being rep**** to. Honestly patheteic service from such a large supplier.
Been receiving such poor service with Bookings.com. I have been charged extra when booking online as all charges are not stipulated and when payment made, they take extra for other services. Made booking as well at a venue and 3 weeks later they email me to say they double booked and mine is cancelled. This is really poor service and the worst thing is there is no contacts in SA.
I have purchased a Lounge suite from Bradlows. The unit is damaged since 2024 February. I have been calling and running around for 13 months trying to get this fixed. They have agreed that the unit is under warranty but simply refuses to assist or get someone to assist. The most pathetic service i have ever received.
I have purchased a Lunge suite at Bradlow's Maponya Mall just over 2 years ago. I have a problem with the recliner since February 2024 and can you believe they refuse to assist me for over 8 months now. I have been getting the run around and **** to about unit being out of guarantee just to avoid helping. It has taken me 8 months to finally get them to realize that the unit is still under guarantee, but they still refuse to collect it and resolve it. They expect me to contact the supplier and arrange for repairs to save them the time as they to lazy. Rreally feel their service is gone from bad to worst.
I have a client of mtn for over 25 years now. Since the last 2 years I am having endless issues with disconnecting my phone even though I have been paying. 2 year's ago we have upgraded again but now that it's time for upgrade again, we have been disconnected again even though we confirmed with a consultant that we are happy with current package. Now apparently mtn system is being updated and so they unable to see communication on the system. I am being billed 1 thing but receiving a different package. I have made communication with management at mtn but they also unable to assist. Apparently I should just carry on paying and receive the package they feel like sending me and it will be rectified by mtn in time. This is simply ridiculous as we can't get assistance from numerous people. If I am not getting a resolution from someone and a call as to the issues the below is the alternative. I really require urgent assistance as the Ombudsman seems to be a better option to get a resolution.
Hi. I recently stayed over at the Blackbrick in Sandton. We booked a room for the the night of the 20th August 2023. Firstly I requested a quote after a telephone conversation with reception. I was provided email address. They quoted me R1500 and R1800 including breakfast for 2 people. On the website of Blackbrick itself though the exact same room is 1260. I decided not to book immediately but decided I will pay on arrival. When arriving on Saturday, I requested the same room as the quote. I was then charged 1600 for a room and R250 per person for breakfast. When I queried the price, they informed me that the price is the same and maybe it was a special and site not updated. I was really not in the mood for arguments as it was supposed to be a good night out for my anniversary with my wife. I was given room A2 which was not very pleasant. The windows in the room was not opening, the door leading to the balcony was constantly getting jammed as very difficult to open unless using real force. The lounge area had a massive pillar in between couches and TV which was a terrible setup. I had to rearrange the furniture just to be a bit comfortable. I then realized that the room I requested was not the same as this. We decided to just get out of the room and spent the day at the restaurant which was just more comfortable. Spent most of the day out of the room as I was not happy with the condition of the room. After supper, we went to the room and relaxing, we unfortunately we're not able to even sleep till pass 3am in the morning due to the screaming, shouting and loud music that went on. First time ever when staying out, was I checked out by 7.30am and went elsewhere for breakfast. We have stayed in numerous hotels and by far had my worst experience at the Black Brick. I have also sent a mail to the hotel dated the 22.08.2023 which till date has not received any response. Just not good enough.
I was so disappointed with the service I received from Spec Savers Midrand Blue Valley Shopping center. I purchased a pair of glasses 2 year's ago with a clip on sun glasses. When I first went there, the service was excellent as I was a new client. I went back on 3 occasions in the past 6 Months for assistance as the paint is peeling off but all time, I was advised that they can't assist me as it shouldn't peel off but I should call the supplier for a resolution. 2 occasions I was promised a call back but never received it. The glasses are so Difficult to clean as well as it is unable to un***** to remove the lenses to clean. It was such poor responses that I decided not to even waste my time and rather take my business elsewhere. Now in last week I received a call to say I am due for an eye test and can make a booking, but we when I explained my self, I just received an apology and still no resolution nor any further feedback. Today while browsing for frames, I saw on the internet that Spec Savers offer free unlimited service repairs and maintenance but get told otherwise by the staff. Really feel this is pathetic service and if this is the way they want to do business, I will be taking this further.
Had a terrible experience with Cmh Midrand. Purchased a Renault Kiger and from day 1 had endless issues with the vehicle and the service from them. Cmh is probably the worse business I ever dealt with. Took over 8 Months to get nowhere as all the promises were not held up. I ended losing a lot of money and time because they are just in it for the money and no after sales service. Would recommend anyone to buy a vehicle from the specific dealership as CMH doesn't honor the brand name and even couldn't assist me as I took the vehicle to a Renault instead of a CMH. Really learnt a lesson and hope no one else experience this.
Been with dotsure for about 8 Months only and have never in my life experienced such pathetic service. Because I had a claim, they decided to cancel my policy and give me 1 months notice leaving me liable to pay for netstar tracking device which they say is compulsory to be insured with them. Been with previous company for 16 years and never had this problems. Would never advise anyone to listen to the lies as they cannot even give me a reason for canceling. Had 19 policy schedule's from them in the 8 Months all with different premiums. Eventually get 1 thing sorted now sitting with another problem. Really don't know how they do business
