The sales aftercare is below the crust of the earth!
I took took out insurance underwritten by them. it has been a good month since I made a claim and it still has not been processed fully because the store is either *********** or they just do not care.
Documents were first sent to the incorrect email address. Only after I personally intervened was this corrected. They proceeded to send an incorrect sales order to the insurance, the insurance made them aware 4 days ago and to date, they have not yet sent them. I have been doing a follow up with the store on a daily basis and all I get is "I will attend to it right away" and it never gets attended to.
To say I am frustrated is an understatement!!! I should not have to go high and low for a service that I am paying for!!!!
