A **** of a bank! On the 24th & 25th of February I transferred money into my FNB account, only to later learn that the said account has been closed due to inactivity. I went to FNB and they advised the money should bounce back into my Capitec account. After waiting 48 hours for this, nothing happened. I went to Capitec on the 05th of March and they said I should give it seven business days for it to bounce back, as it is “hanging”… Today is the 17th and still nothing! Trying to get help via the helpline is like trying to catch a train at the airport! Now I have to take another day off of work, to go the bank to be told a bunch of nothing!

The sales aftercare is below the crust of the earth! I took took out insurance underwritten by them. it has been a good month since I made a claim and it still has not been processed fully because the store is either *********** or they just do not care. Documents were first sent to the incorrect email address. Only after I personally intervened was this corrected. They proceeded to send an incorrect sales order to the insurance, the insurance made them aware 4 days ago and to date, they have not yet sent them. I have been doing a follow up with the store on a daily basis and all I get is "I will attend to it right away" and it never gets attended to. To say I am frustrated is an understatement!!! I should not have to go high and low for a service that I am paying for!!!!
They’ve had my package since the 01st of this month. Today is the 05th and I still haven’t received my delivery. Mind you their office is 20 minutes away to where they’re supposed to deliver my parcel. What kind of service is this? Now my travel itinerary has to change because they’re holding onto my license disc! ****py service
Went to buy hotwings at around 21:30 and the shop was closed (atleast drive through working) there was a queue and I waited patiently for my turn when one drunkard drive to cut in right in front of me and many other people behind me... I closed in for him and the security tried talking to him and he claimed he asked me if he could cut in infront of me. I opened my window to let the security that I never agreed to this. The big man (very intimidating) walked out of the car and started knocking on my windows calling me all sorts of names. The security did absolutely nothing about this and didn’t even try to calm him down. I’ve never felt so lost and vulnerable in a place that supposedly has “security”. I’m never going there again!
They made the most horrible ****tail with no taste of alcohol whatsoever, when we complained about this our waiter went for more than 15 minutes and returned with no solution. We asked for the bar man to our table, instead of honoring our request, he asked us to come to him by the bar! The manager on duty is not the friendliest but atleast he took back our ****tails, later to return them with no difference. As a loyal customer to this branch, I am extremely disappointed!!!
Received the best service from Tumisang! I had my car broken down and called myway for assistance and got Tumisang to my rescue. He saw me through the whole process and even checked on me later to see if everything went well. People like Tumisang, make it worthy to be a MiWay client. Mthank you and keep up the good work ?
For the past few months I have been waiting impatiently for my contract with Vodacom to come to an end which should have been end of April. The devoted on the 08th of May and I assumed it was the last debit, I don’t look it up or take it any further. Today they made another debit of R200 more than usual debit, when I call to find out I was told I did an upgrade at a store on the 22nd of May but they cannot see in their system which store I did an upgrade at. I am extremely ****ed and annoyed as this is FRAUDULENT!!!! I want my contract cancelled ASAP and the money they deducted to be reversed!
I’ve had a not so pleasant experience when I put in my claim after I had a little “accident”. But since my claim/case was handed over to Rhyme Kgoale, it was nothing but reassurance and smooth sailing! My claim was processed and handled and I had initially asked.. Deepest gratitude to you sir. Keep up the good work!
I feel endebted to a lady called Seugnet van Niekerk who works for Renault in wonder waters (Pretoria). She’s been nothing but the greatest of help from the 1st day I took my car to them after I had an accident. Thank you so so much and please keep up the good work!
