I took my TV to Bradlows for repairs on the 31 December 2025. I was promised that the TV will be repaired in 21 working days. I do not receive feedback from them, I called again on the 12th and I was not assisted. I was told that the TV is still at the store and has not been attended too. I asked that they log a complaint as I am not happy, they gave me a complain reference, and was told that the reference will be dealt with in 21 working days! 21 days to resolve a matter?? I am so upset! They have my TV and they are not willing to assist. I asked to speak to a manager with the impression that they will assist, I was told the manager is in a meeting and the manager would call me back. It has been a week and I have not received any cal from the manager. I regret making the purchase at BRADLOWS. DO NOT PURCHASE AT BRADLOWS!!!
