Custom service issue. I've submitted an issue with the furniture that I have bought from bradlows it is still in the warranty but it seems like they are dragging their feet in order to come back to me as if they were waiting for the warrant to laps before they come back to me this in my mind is unfair and honestly disappointing from such a well known is establishment
The shop that I purchased from keeps telling me that they have not received any comeback from the head office and are still waiting for feedback this has now been 2 weeks and still going
I was told when I first submitted the issue that it should not belong about 72 hours until somebody comes back to me this is a complete lie
I'm very disappointed in the service I've received as they have not helped me and am honestly so upset that I chose to buy from this establishment And if I am not helped within 5 working days from this post I will slander bradlows name across all social media platforms that I am on.
