Ive bought furniture from them but its already has issues with it. Ive out in a claim under my warrenty but they have yet to get back to me when it will be sorted or fix it. This is absolutly rediculous
Custom service issue. I've submitted an issue with the furniture that I have bought from bradlows it is still in the warranty but it seems like they are dragging their feet in order to come back to me as if they were waiting for the warrant to laps before they come back to me this in my mind is unfair and honestly disappointing from such a well known is establishment The shop that I purchased from keeps telling me that they have not received any comeback from the head office and are still waiting for feedback this has now been 2 weeks and still going I was told when I first submitted the issue that it should not belong about 72 hours until somebody comes back to me this is a complete lie I'm very disappointed in the service I've received as they have not helped me and am honestly so upset that I chose to buy from this establishment And if I am not helped within 5 working days from this post I will slander bradlows name across all social media platforms that I am on.
Some company or dealer has been removing money from my account I have requested for this amount on multiple occasions to be reversed. they reverse the amount and then the amount keeps coming off again. My private banker Yola Ngqongwa is unable to give me any answers from the investigation that standard bank was supposed to conduct on the 7th of August and the amount keeps coming off of my account even though they reversed the amount. it has again come off my account 7 days later after reversal. I current performance i would not recommend standard Bank to anyone.
I app**** for a loan..... Its has been 2 weeks after the application and no one could give me any answers I phone they say they will investigate and get back to me well no one gets back to me...... I sat on hold waiting for almost an Hour just for them to drop the call........ This is really bad service.
Rose was very understanding and helpful she took her time to understand my situation and was able to help me achieve what i was wanting to do. She is truly an amazing call agent 😁
I have no issues with the hospital at all the issue i have is the stupid pull out couch beds they make parents in the pead ward sleep on, now this is not only in this hospital it's evey hospital and i really think that hospital that charge an arm and leg and are fancy to be able to be in "Sandton" should be able to have some other sleeping alternatives. Having stretches or foam fold out beds and or some other sleeping arrangements for parents cos trust me sleeping on a fold out couch with a bar sticking you in your hip and being uncomfortable as there is no space to move around nor have painful time turning over is not fun
When applying to do an upgrade on our modem they failed to close our old profile when they activated the new profile I paid an upfront fee to receive the modem now they are charging me for 2 wifi profiles that i was promised that the old profile would be nil and void from the beginning of the month..... As well to put the cherry on the top they went and increased the data and airtime amount without our consent and or doing and when we call them they adamant that the payment has to be done but ive paid the amount for the upfront usage and its on the second day of the month i would like to know why im paying for full months in advance for 2 wifi modems whe i have not even used the new modems
I have the most greatest service given to me from Gabriel at bradlows boksburg extremely helpful extremely patient informative and he was and he is an awesome salesperson followed up with everything to the point of delivery and fortunately delivery has set a very bad taste in my mouth as they said they were going to deliver and have not delivered and the delivery people drivers whatever you want to call them I do not give them even one staff
Where do I start I placed an order with Mondo but end of January 2023 it is now the 14th of February I still not have received my order I keep phoning and they keep telling me that there's no stock fair enough I have asked to have a different device I get told that an agent will phone me yet no one phones me i Phone every single day I get the same excuse over and over I now getting ready to actually cancel order and go somewhere else this is the second time using Mondo and I'm highly disappointed as a first-time was much better service.
I have placed numerous compliments that my wifi is down and that they need to log a ticket into my fiber provider as they the only ones that can connect frogfoot fiber, I've been phoning since the 7th of December today is the 11th of December. Once hello pestering frog food I finally got a call from them and they tell me they have only had one ticket logged by super sonic wich was done yesterday on the 10th of December. And because it's on a weekend and they don't clasify weekends and a work day, and that there is only one complaint in there is no sense of urgency , I spoke to the floor manager of supersonic call center (named AJ) and he says that frogfoot is lying they have logged all the reports of all my calls. And he has hundreds of excuses under the sun and keeps telling me the same thing just in a different way every time I speak to him. I'm now very irritated with super sonic that they can't give me answer to my queries they never give me a log number or ref number nor any feedback telephonicly or through sms, Quite frankly they need to change there call agents names from super smart techies to super slow coz they are completely useless and send you from piller to post with numerous lies just to keep you quiet
