As a new Owner of the Outlet, are am not receiving any support from Sales Rep and apparently he is servicing only those who are connected to him.
I have been sending emails to Heineken and they said they will send him to my Outlet since December 2017. till today I am still waiting for him.
We do not have Diplay Fridges and it is affecting our sales negatively, I know hesitate to go Buy Brandhouse products because of their service.
SAB gave us double door fridges x2
We need Single Door Fridge
