As a new Owner of the Outlet, are am not receiving any support from Sales Rep and apparently he is servicing only those who are connected to him. I have been sending emails to Heineken and they said they will send him to my Outlet since December 2017. till today I am still waiting for him. We do not have Diplay Fridges and it is affecting our sales negatively, I know hesitate to go Buy Brandhouse products because of their service. SAB gave us double door fridges x2 We need Single Door Fridge

<p>I bought a four pack of </p> <p>jb&soda from spot on bottle store only to find an empty broken bottle in the four pack. I couldn't go back to the store as they were closed since it's a Sunday . This is so annoying.</p>

We were always able to when we did our orders to buy 12 packs of the 50ml hard liquor. Now they expect us to buy cases of 96 regardless that we do not have the cash flow to support that amount of stock. Also cases of 12 750ml bottles are not allowed to be split. Now because of this we cant buy it and in the process we loose customers which will result in loosing money which will result in us closing down putting 10 people out of work. This is a bad decision from Brandhouse in an already economic restrained South Africa

In January this year we had a perforated can in a case of Windhoek draught we had bought. We contacted Brandhouse as per instructions on the can. To date, despite many phone calls and promises on their part that the matter would be sorted, nothing whatsoever has happened from their side. This is appalling. \m disappointed that WIndhoek breweries have chosen this company to represent them."

My husband was given 4 Guinness for his birthday on the 23rd November. By the 24th November 2 of the cans had exploded. All 4 cans were still in the plastic 'goodie' which holds the cans together. I phoned Brandhouse Beverages and reported this. I was told that the couriers would collect the cans - which they did. Since then we have heard nothing from Brandhouse Beverages. In fact, we don't even know if they received the 4 Guinness cans. How rude!!!!! People beware of this company. They simply do not care!!!!

Date: 6 / 11 /15<br> Area Purchased: Mooikloof Spar Tops<br> <br> <br> On the above mentioned date I purchased a 4 pack Captain Morgan Spiced Gold & cola shrink wrap and yet again I experience the same issue with the product. This is the 4th time I purchase this product only to find that either the bottle had been damaged leading to no liquid found in the bottle / or just finding an a perfectly capped bottle that's just empty. Pointless going back to spar as I don't live close to the store to complain about one bottle out of the four, but this is highly annoying. <br> <br> I used to advertise the product back in the \Pose Off"days working with Grey SA under the client guidance of Ms V Lomb... and Mr P Ngco.... Being brand loyal this product is still one of my preferred drinks but this is the last thing I expect from Brandhouse as the this time its a brewery bottling issue (empty bottle) and not damaged from handling at Spar. <br> <br> (Images and receipt of purchase available on request)<br> Not a happy customer. <br> """

I was like on, maybe there was influx of orders and they couldn't make it to me. Saturday came and waited all day at home, again there was no delivery. At this point I am peeved. I went back on the Saturday (bought tickets and entered the event), went to their stand and I was informed they said they would get to me by Wednesday latest (bought me a cocktail to apologizes), Ross Mudl gave me his mobile number and he took mine in case there were any issue. At this point I was ready to walk out of the event with my purchase, but they had run out at the event.<br> <br> Its Friday (over a week later) and I have not received my bottle. I have tried calling and no one is answering may calls, voicemail boxes are full and I am out of patients. You took my money and you are not communicating. This is out right fraud! I'm terribly disappointed. Please contact me ASAP with a way forward.
