Don't ever sign up with Liberty Life! Rather sign up with Sanlam. Liberty Life DON'T like paying out and demand the most ridiculous information which is insulting to the policy holder e.g. other dependents than those listed. My son-in-law passed away and now my daughter has to list other dependents. My son-in-law was a good man and certainly did not '***** around'!!!!!!!! Sanlam paid out without all the hassles she has had with Liberty!!!!!!
Before leaving for the Absa Branch at the Pavilion Shopping Centre (the main branch) I checked that the branch would be open. According to the site, it would be open on Sunday. I left home early to be first in the queue. On arriving at the branch I was told by the Pavillion Security that the branch is no longer opening on a Sunday because of the Covid 19. To top it all, I was charged R10 for parking fees and wasn't away from my vehicle for more than 5 minutes. This is ridiculous!!!! Now I have to go to our branch and leave my husband, who is 84, blind, deaf and has dementia, on his own at home. PLEASE UPDATE YOUR SITE GIVING OPENING TIMES!!!!!!!
The contents of the bottles of All Gold Apricot Extra Fruit Jam is very tasty. It is opening the jar that is the problem. All in all I have broken 3 bottles trying to get the lid off the jars. Not even my husband could open the bottles. I understand that the jars must be made safe for the consumers but this is ridiculous. The last jar I made a hole in the lid and used a teas**** to decant the jam through the hole in the lid and put the jam into Tupperware. I would suggest using some other containers for the jams. I have tried to phone the consumer number given on the jar (0860100878) a number of times but my calls were UNANSWERED!
The people who come and remove our refuse (garden and Household) are extra special. In spite of doing a job I would hate to do, they remain cheerful, polite and extra helpful. We stay in Stafford Road, Woodside (Cowies Hill) and I think that if there is a reward for people of this calibre, these people definitely should be rewarded! Thank you for a wonderful service.
I bought an expensive Zartek ZA477 rechargeable Spotlight from Cape Union Mart, Pavillion, Durban and it stopped working. I took the Spotlight into Cape Union Mart for repair on the 21st August 2019 (Repair Number 41914) and in spite of many calls in person and by phone (dealt with Mark), I am still waiting for feedback. I think, after 56 days, I have good reason to be angry about the service from Cape Union Mart.
Game Stores at the Pavillion is dreadful. First you can't get through to their switchboard. Then when you report a fault with one of their electronic good (Defy Stove) they do not phone you back. This has been an ongoing problem since 1 June 1918!!!!! I am sitting here having to cook for 5 people and NO STOVE. Every time I try and switch on the stove it kicks out the DB Board.
After a dreadful time trying to contact Game Stores, Pavillion - I got into my car and went there personally. I had the honour of being attended to by Keegan Naidoo who also had a torrid time with the telephones. It took him over an hour to try and log in a service call for me!!!!! But he went beyond the call of duty when after an hour I left the store. He used his OWN MOBILE PHONE to contact me and tell me that he had managed to log in a service call. Congratulations Keegan. Game Store, Pavillion are very lucky to have you working for them.
ABSA phone you at 03h03 !.!!!!! This is to let you know that money transactions have taken place. IT IS ILLEGAL FOR ANY BUSINESS TO DO TRANSACTIONS AT THIS HOUR OF THE MORNING!!!!! Does ABSA think they are above the law????????????????
Please think twice before going to Impila. The cottages are NOT well maintained and are also dirty. Couldn't even have a shower because of the filthy state of it. The top of the stove was beyond description and the electrics were faulty. Just a warning to everyone. This place could be a little bit of heaven if run properly.

I posted a parcel to Ireland on the 24 August 2016. IT WAS ONLY DESPATCHED ON THE 13TH OCTOBER 2016!!!!!!!! No wonder the South African Postal Services are not making a profit!!!!
