I have put a geyser claim in on Tuesday. we are getting the run around even though it's a valid claim. have been without a geyser since17/06/25 and now it's weekend and nothing will happen

My daughter has to go for wisdom teeth removal. I have to pay a co-payment of R5000.00 which is probably more than the day clinic account. I was quite surprised that the clinic we are using-NETCARE constantia day clinic that is 5km from my house is not approved as a dsp but NETCARE olivedale clinic that is 20km from my house is aa dsp. I tried to query this irrational decision but was just told its not a dsp. What is the point of having a medical aid if they take your money but wont pay for a hospital procedure....but then on the other hand..........Bonitas is the worst medical aid on the planet. They take take take but wont give anything. If ANYONE could actually can explain the logic in their decision I guess I could understand but there is NO logic that one NETCARE is a dsp but another NETCARE isnt.

I bought the product for school. created an account and pw. I am unable to access this account. I cant reset my account. I cant get hold of anyone to help....Now Ive lost lots of money. I am furious
I logged 4 calls on Thursday regarding a burst municipal pipe. Water is still streaming down the road. Trying to phone them is a waste of time as one gets cut off time and time again. And while we are in a water shortage period in Jhb water is getting wasted because of pathetic service
We are on the Bonsave option. In the policy it states that we do have 1 gp visit for each member once the benefits are depleted. Our Benefits depleted in July. 31 July2024 TJ Jacobs went to see the GP. On 03 August JW Jacobs went to see the GP. Accounts sent this accounts in. Got the msg back funds are depleted. I then emailed the fund on 05 August 2024. I got an answer back that the additional options was used on 05 August 2024. I then rep**** that it doesnt make sense as the patients saw the Dr on 31/07 and 03/08 respectively. I did not get any answer from Bonitas. We went to council of Medical schemes about this exact situation last year. Outcome was that it had to be paid. So, my next step will be council of medical schemes again if this doesnt get sorted before Tuesday 13/08/2024.
