<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p><br />I am a KFM listener, on my drive in to work and home it’s what plays on my radio. I was fortunate to be selected to play pop quiz on the 26th of January. Sure it was a tough round, managed to get 4 questions correct. Since that day, I have not been contacted by KFM regarding my prize and all my attempts to get in touch with the station have fallen on deaf ears.</p> <p><br />I have send emails to ********** and no feedback. I have also sent a number of WhatsApp messages and they have not been read. I understand, that these thing may take a while, I am not impressed with the lack of communication from the Breakfast team.<br />Regards,</p>

<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>On Saturday 10th of December, I bought a Plasma TV stand from the Kenilworth shop. Excited I set it up that evening only t realise that the final piece did not have whole to complete the Unit. Disappointed, I called the shop in the morning and explained the situations. I was adviced to bring the one piece to the shop for it to be swapped out. </p> <p>I called again before I left my home (in Bellville) and I was told the same thing and to head straight to dispatch to trade the piece. On arrivial they took the piece out the car and impected it and all was good. A few moments later I was informed they did not have stock of the unit. The proposed solutions offerd were:</p> <p>I return to the store when the have stock</p> <p>I bring back the whole unit</p> <p>One of the people from Decofun comes to my home and drills the piece.</p> <p> </p> <p>These were not acceptable options for me, since I had called twice to inform them of the situation, my assumption was that they had it in stock. I eventually convienced themm to deliver the piece to my work when they get stock.</p> <p> </p> <p>I asked them they are likely to get stock and the response I got was - between Monday and Friday. WOW! The gentalman (is we can call him that) was particularly rude through the whole process and I left there very upset.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p>
<p>To whom it may concern,</p> <p> </p> <p>On Friday the 25th of November I walked into the V&A Waterfront's MTN shop to sign up for the black Friday deal they were running, I had all documents in had and at thhe 10min process I was informed, processing would take up 72hrs.</p> <p> </p> <p>After two weeks of call them for feedback, my paperwork is still being processes. SHOCK! I have spent money chasing updates everyday and they do not bother updating me. What will make this situation worse for me is if the decline my applications after alll the calls I have made to them. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have had a contract withMTN before and the process did not take as long and I am buffled at this.</p> <p> </p> <p>Regard,</p> <p> </p>
Hello,<br> <br> Before I left work I called ahead and order well done ribs with and medium chips to collect the lady on the phone informed me it would take 20min and I thought that was perfect seeibg the distance I had to drive. I arrive 25minutes later and my order is not ready. I did show my displeasure but reaffirmed to the lady to ensure the ribs be well done.<br> <br> I wait an additional 15 minutes and my order comes out. I was annoyed since I had called ahead. I get home pour a glass of wine and open my box of ribs. Guess what? They were not well done, practically raw coz I suspect they we only put on the grill when I arrived....not to mention that I get four ribs I my package. <br> <br> Now driving back to the outlet to ask them to get my order right would cost me fuel and time , I wrote this instead as my ribs cook in the oven. Hi,<br> <br> I bought a bottle of Bullet Bourbon at the Liquid Lifestyle festival last Thursday (at a stand managed by Brandhouse) and I was promised delivery the next day and they didn't. I was like on, maybe there was influx of orders and they couldn't make it to me. Saturday came and waited all day at home, again there was no delivery. At this point I am peeved. I went back on the Saturday (bought tickets and entered the event), went to their stand and I was informed they said they would get to me by Wednesday latest (bought me a cocktail to apologizes), Ross Mudl gave me his mobile number and he took mine in case there were any issue. At this point I was ready to walk out of the event with my purchase, but they had run out at the event.<br> <br> Its Friday (over a week later) and I have not received my bottle. I have tried calling and no one is answering may calls, voicemail boxes are full and I am out of patients. You took my money and you are not communicating. This is out right fraud! I'm terribly disappointed. Please contact me ASAP with a way forward.
