I bought a 3D printer through them, the printer work well but developed a problem after a while. They arrange to collect the printer from me, the fixed it and send me the courier details that it will be collected from them and delivered to me. Following the tracking detail I noticed that the courier have trouble collect it. Up to now already 6 failed to collect attempts on the tracking Keep calling Brandhubb, the person I need to speek to is always in a meeting and will always come back to me, but no feedback always have to call again wilth the same response very tine

25 Oct 2023, 07:57Good morning Niel, our team has been made aware of this complaint. The courier service is the one that is not collecting the order. However, a different courier company has been assigned to collect the printer from service.
