I been play for a long time at Gold Rush in the Vaal Mall Vanderbijlpark, Yesterday I was play for about 2 hour on a machine when is shows Jackpot Hit You Win Mystery Jackpot Level 1 ZAR 3,295,82. I Call the manager, he came and confirm, but struggle to get the money loaded, after a long time he came back to me and told me it was a mistake on the machine and that it was was earlier the day on that machine and they cant pay me out, I took a picture of the screen for proof, but they will not pay. So that means they can tell me any winning is a glitch on the machine,
I bought an very expensive screen protectors for my wildtrak screen, it was badly bend in one corner when aI opened it, l took photos. I decided to put it on an thought it will be okay, unfortunately that corner haf bad wrinkles, i took photos again. I ask for replacement on takealot and told them there us nothing to return. They send the replacement, but still asked for the return, i had nothing so they take the replacement back
My Parents allmost 80 years old, have fund got missing from their account, they reported it, and Luno decide to block, alot of backward and forward emails, then suddenly Luno said they must empty their account as Luno are going to close their account permanently. Now they trying to empty there account but keeps getting errors and they get no support from Luno to fix it, only reminders of threats that the account will be close and they will have problems to get their funds out and even penalties
I bought a 3D printer through them, the printer work well but developed a problem after a while. They arrange to collect the printer from me, the fixed it and send me the courier details that it will be collected from them and delivered to me. They Keep sending me account suspension even if payment were done, sending emails, no reply. Try to call them, none of the phone lines are working, so no way to resolve the issue
