Bingo Royale Jeffreys Bay - Worst service ever.
This review is about Bingo Royale Jeffreys Bay (Goldrush). Giving one star,but just because I cant post a review if I do not. This is possibly the place with the worst service and staff in South Africa. So many things wrong. Most of the staff are so unfriendly and unhelpful and sometimes downright rude. They dont know what is going on with specials,prices etc. There is a ladies night every Wednesday and certain drinks are then half price. Most of the times the staff say there are no specials then we have to show them. There it is - on the wall, a huge ,framed poster : Wednesday Ladies Night. They work there, they should know. They also dont know which drinks are on special so you have to wait for someone to find out. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. The prices on the menu are also different than on the system so you get charged more without expecting it. We refused to pay extra as its different on the menu and the staff member was very rude,not even apologising for the mistake. The card machines battery also gave in and we had to wait a while to pay. They should make sure the card machine is fully charged at all times. The only upside is that the food is cheap. The bathrooms are also bad. Toilet paper lying on the floor or on top of the toilet paper holder. No hand wash most of the time. Staff also seem to hide away sometimes as you hardly see them. There are 1 or 2 who take their jobs seriously and try,but the rest make it clear they are there for the pay and not to work. This happens every single time when visiting the casino. The ONLY reason that place is still standing is because Jbay does not have another casino or a lot of other places to go to for entertainment. To complain doesnt help, because it falls on deaf ears. So frustrating.

The manager's behavior is appalling - calling clients for dates, (i told him im going to report him) Disgusted with the lack of discipline and oversight, came to work drunk!. have spoken to numerous agents and I get a different response every time. I have explained over and over and sent a screen recording of my issue. I was playing Gates of Olympus when I purchased free spins. I won on the free spins and the system showed a credit on the spins. A message popped up say I won't x amount on the free spins. Congratulations that it will be paid in two hours!! It's been days and the same message pops up when I go into gates of Olympus the credit runs up to the amount that I won and the message pops up. Obviously because there's some sort of glitch and I didn't receive the credit yet. Or it would not keep doing that. I wanted to keep playing with the winings but obviously could not because they message had read I would only get it in two hours days later I still haven't received it. I have been told: It will be credited in two hours Press continue it should credit It has been refunded I have used the winings It was bonus spins that I already used ( obviously I paid for it) & More... It's very small winings but if I can't trust such a small issue to be resolved with such small winings what if I win bigger amounts and have bigger queries. Done with Gold Rush Please close my account

Worsed experience ever. They aim to rob people off they monies. Gambling is a win or loose situation but with them is loose or loose. I played online also went to 1 of they casino there is never a win with them

Gold rush at cresta mall is cheating its players people always cry inside themselves of losing unfairly it seems like the machines are locked or something If you win once a jackpot one of your cards will disappear then after when you play you lose till they bring back their money that's not real gambling I will sue this company or I get my money back
