This review is about Bingo Royale Jeffreys Bay (Goldrush). Giving one star,but just because I cant post a review if I do not. This is possibly the place with the worst service and staff in South Africa. So many things wrong. Most of the staff are so unfriendly and unhelpful and sometimes downright rude. They dont know what is going on with specials,prices etc. There is a ladies night every Wednesday and certain drinks are then half price. Most of the times the staff say there are no specials then we have to show them. There it is - on the wall, a huge ,framed poster : Wednesday Ladies Night. They work there, they should know. They also dont know which drinks are on special so you have to wait for someone to find out. This happens EVERY SINGLE TIME. The prices on the menu are also different than on the system so you get charged more without expecting it. We refused to pay extra as its different on the menu and the staff member was very rude,not even apologising for the mistake. The card machines battery also gave in and we had to wait a while to pay. They should make sure the card machine is fully charged at all times. The only upside is that the food is cheap. The bathrooms are also bad. Toilet paper lying on the floor or on top of the toilet paper holder. No hand wash most of the time. Staff also seem to hide away sometimes as you hardly see them. There are 1 or 2 who take their jobs seriously and try,but the rest make it clear they are there for the pay and not to work. This happens every single time when visiting the casino. The ONLY reason that place is still standing is because Jbay does not have another casino or a lot of other places to go to for entertainment. To complain doesnt help, because it falls on deaf ears. So frustrating.
Very bad customer service. No one seems to know what they are doing. Sold an item on an auction on Wednesday. I shipped the item to the customer and then requested a payout. Then I had to verify my identity and was told I have 2 accounts on Bidorbuy. I was not aware of the other one, apparently someone else managed to use my ID and create a account. I was told that there were outstanding fees on the account that I know nothing about nd I must first pay that then I would be able to withdraw my money. I paid it and told them to remove the other account that wasnt mine. I thought I would then be able to withdraw the money. After many emails the verification process was complete,but when I tried to withdraw I was told I dont have enough to withdraw. But my closing balance was R334.49.I am very frustrated with Bidorbuy. It never used to be so difficult to get paid out. I have sent another email,but haven't received a answer yet .
Moffet on Main branch and George branch. Never disappointed with the food and staff. Always delicious and very good service
This review applies to the Baywest Mall branch in PE. Bad experience twice. First time the vegan pizza was burnt and as hard as a rock not edible. 2nd time waitress didn't listen and brought the wrong order. Also had to wait a long time for our food even though there were only a few tables occupied. Never again.
Telkom Agin. Telkom keep on suspending my mobile account even though it was paid and up to date. In July my ex husband used the wrong beneficiary number and the line was suspended. Afer numerous emails,phone calls and visits to the bank it was corrected and the line was reconnected. He paid late again this month, but it was again reconnected. Now it has been suspended again, because of the mix up with the beneficiary number WHICH WAS SUPPOSED TO HAVE BEEN SORTED OUT. After all, the line was reconnected after I sent all the requested documents through to payment allocation (bank statements showing payment with the wrong beneficiary number.) So I went to our Telkom branch in George, which by the way is the BEST branch. These guys are always efficient, helpful and friendly. Anyway, after a long wait they also told me that Junes account wasn't paid,but it was. That was paid in July with the wrong beneficiary. So now we're back to square one. I was told someone would contact me, but so far I have not received any phone call yet. Sometimes it seems as if Telkoms employees don't know what the others have or have not done. It's a complete mess and not functioning effectively. Also, the Covid19 is always used as an excuse. If this problem is not sorted out I will have to cancel my contract. PLEASE, TELKOM, LOOK INTO THIS MATTER. I AM SICK OF PHONING AND SENDING EMAILS AND DRIVING TO THE MALL TO STAND IN QUES FOR HOURS.THANK YOU.
I want to warn people not to subscribe to Big and Little crochet. They have been debiting my account for the last 3 months,but have only received 1 parcel( issue 1). They don't supply tracking numbers either. Contacting them doesnt help. I have phoned and emailed to get a refund,but nothing is done about this matter. They lure new subscribers by offering free gifts,but then nothing gets delivered. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. PLEASE REFUND MY MONEY.
Worst service ever. Only received one parcel in November since subscribing,but they have taken R459.30 from my account via debit order. I always get the same response - to check the post office. Bit difficult if they dont provide tracking numbers!!! I have cancelled my subscription and demanded a refund. Wonder how many other people are in the same boat.
We always hire cars from Tempest and have never had a problem, BUT the Port Elizabeth branch is useless. Car was returned on a Sunday at OR Tambo as arranged. After phoning OR Tambo and enquiring there I was told to contact the PE branch. It has now been a week and still no deposit refunded. The PE branchs phone just rings and then gets disconnected. I have tried numerous times. Are they hanging up and just dont care? Usually the deposit is returned in 2 days time. PLEASE SORT THIS OUT ASAP!!.
Despite a lot of negative things being said about this company, I would like to compliment the staff at the George branch. They are always friendly, helpful and efficient. My parcels always arrive on the date given and are never late. Keep up the good work!
Our landlines and ADSL has been down for almost 3 weeks. All my neighbours have the same problem. We are in Gwayang outside George. All that we are told is that it is "in progress of being resolved". Apparently cables were stolen. Cellphone reception is also very bad. With farm ******s so rampant thesedays we are really worried about being cut off from everything. Please tell us what is going on at least. This is really bad service which we have to pay for as well. And this is not the first time this has happened. Closer to the tenth time in the last 2 and a half years that we have had the line. PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE SAME "THE MATTER IS BEING ESCALATED ....." EMAIL AGAIN. PLEASE FIX OUR LINES!!!!!
