Dissatisfaction
have spoken to numerous agents and I get a different response every time. I have explained over and over and sent a screen recording of my issue. I was playing Gates of Olympus when I purchased free spins. I won on the free spins and the system showed a credit on the spins. A message popped up say I won't x amount on the free spins. Congratulations that it will be paid in two hours!! It's been days and the same message pops up when I go into gates of Olympus the credit runs up to the amount that I won and the message pops up. Obviously because there's some sort of glitch and I didn't receive the credit yet. Or it would not keep doing that. I wanted to keep playing with the winings but obviously could not because they message had read I would only get it in two hours days later I still haven't received it. I have been told: It will be credited in two hours Press continue it should credit It has been refunded I have used the winings It was bonus spins that I already used ( obviously I paid for it) & More... It's very small winings but if I can't trust such a small issue to be resolved with such small winings what if I win bigger amounts and have bigger queries. Not a fan of Betway
I have made numerous deposits on Betway. I never win. There games starting bet prices are more than most casinos. I have played slots at Betway and I have seen how some slots glitch or give extra Long spins or jumps past wining combinations. Many people I know is not happy at all with Betway.

The donut shop- unhygienic!!!!
I purchased Cinnamon donuts from the donut shop in promenade mall Mitchell's plain on Monday morning. My daughter an I bit on the donut when I noticed baked into the donut mouse or rat feces!!!!! I sent the pictures to the owner who's only attempt to contact me after lodging my complaint was one call. I got no response from him not even an apology not that an apology could ever excuse their poor hygiene protocols and procedures.
