I went there to buy a fridge and a stove and I mentioned multiple times to Thelma that I was renting a backroom. I only noticed when I was unboxing that the stove needed to be earthed on the main switch(which i can't do since the main switch is not on my room).I contacted customer service and I was told I could return/exchange since I'm still with 7 days.I called the store and was told that I would get feedback regarding returning the stove after they've spoken to the manager but I haven't been called and I'm just sitting with a stove i can't use.VERY DISSAPOINTED.
