Terrible customer service

I DO NOT recommend purchasing anything from them! I placed an online order on the 2nd of August. Since then there has not been any communication made from their end to keep me updated on my status order neither do they respond to emails which is sent to their email address and everytime you call they say they will call you back, and with no surprise, this also doesn't happen. They also promised for my order to be delivered on the 13th of August which it wasn't and having to call them AGAIN it has come to light that they cannot get in touch with their supplier to confirm when my order will be delivered.

Spare yourselves the trouble and admin and rather buy from a different store.
