Unreliable and Terrible Customer Service
I ordered an item which was advertised on the website. After a confirmation email and a lot of time passing, we had to try to reach them. Called over 20 times with no answer and eventually spoke to someone who referred us to a WhatsApp number. The person via WhatsApp arranged for me to receive an email indicating they did not know when they would have stock and asked whether I would be willing to wait. I agreed to wait for another 3 weeks and if there was still no ETA, I indicated that I wanted a refund. We followed up on WhatsApp and per email, but I never received an answer. No product and they still have my money - seems like a classic scam to me!

09 May 2022, 10:48Update: The company has since changed their name to Brands SA and have ignored me ever since. Still no proper response, no refund & they keep advertising good for thousands of rands!
