system for finding the right part outdated, no warning on the website at the time that if the product is opened it cannot be returned. subsequent to my requesting a return (due to the wrong head being ordered), then all the focus was on their policy (which was not the wording on the website when i ordered. so simple to not have waste and a frustrated customer. apologise. fix the problem (clear warning). maybe help the customer to get the right part for a discount or something. from braunsa? nothing. avoid dealing with them unless you absolutely have to. and then check everything very carefully, including the very small print
