WEBSITE POLICY CHANGED AFTER MY COMPLAINT. DISHONEST.
system for finding the right part outdated, no warning on the website at the time that if the product is opened it cannot be returned. subsequent to my requesting a return (due to the wrong head being ordered), then all the focus was on their policy (which was not the wording on the website when i ordered. so simple to not have waste and a frustrated customer. apologise. fix the problem (clear warning). maybe help the customer to get the right part for a discount or something. from braunsa? nothing. avoid dealing with them unless you absolutely have to. and then check everything very carefully, including the very small print

Still sitting with a bad credit record years later after getting unusable internet for 4 days, cancelling, paying R6200 (because Morclick would not accept the proof I supp**** that I cancelled within the required cpa time) - and their automated response on hello Peter means nothing, no contact, no assistance, zero service

Avoid Morclick like a bad rash - complete *******
Absolutely shocking con artists. Service is not workable, lag is too long for any reasonable use. Reported the *** service issue within the cpa timeframe. Refuted by Morclick who take the connection fee and then still charge another R3500 to remove their useless dish. Refused to accept my proof that I requested the service be terminated (with their installing agent) and refused to credit the additional charge. And now they have managed to get a debt onto my credit record. No way to call anyone to get the issue resolved. Emails don’t get responded too. This is a CON folks.

Morclick is a complete CON - run a mile!!!
Appalling. The latency is shocking and not practical for just about anything for home working. Installers were unprofessional and clueless, arriving in a clapper with second hand equipment. I started asking for cancellation of the service on the same day that they installed. To date Morclick have not yet acknowledged the cancellation but have removed the dish and are insisting on charging me more than R10k for the experience
