The bed is barely three months old, yet it has already lost its firmness and feels as though I am sinking into it like a sponge. This is not the quality I expected, especially considering the amount of money I paid.
I have previously raised this issue but have not received a satisfactory resolution. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), I am entitled to goods that are of good quality, in proper working condition, and durable for a reasonable period. This bed clearly does not meet those standards. If I don’t get a response I will be filing a complaint with the NCC
