Made an order and was advised that this will be delivered on the 3rd of December, no updates were provided after. I had to call customer service only to be told” the driver will call you an hour before delivery” waited all day 🤨
The bed is barely three months old, yet it has already lost its firmness and feels as though I am sinking into it like a sponge. This is not the quality I expected, especially considering the amount of money I paid. I have previously raised this issue but have not received a satisfactory resolution. In terms of the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), I am entitled to goods that are of good quality, in proper working condition, and durable for a reasonable period. This bed clearly does not meet those standards. If I don’t get a response I will be filing a complaint with the NCC
I purchased a bed from this place and the supplier being Bravo Brands less than three months ago, and the quality has been extremely disappointing. The bed has already lost its firmness and now feels like I am sinking into a sponge. This is not the standard I expected, especially given the amount of money I spent on this item. I have reached out to the supplier and was dismissed and advised to reach out in three months , well this is three months later but instead of resolving the issue, I have been given the runaround with no real assistance. I expected better customer service and a product that lasts longer than a few months.
Extremely disappointed with the service and delivery of my bed. I received the bed after I have been back and forth calling like I didn’t spend any money. communication has been frustrating, and despite multiple attempts to reach out, I've yet to receive a call to resolve the issue. The lack of follow-up and poor customer service is unacceptable. Received the bed and expressed that I’m not happy with how the bed is as I was told the machine to make the bed had issues. This bed has holes and I can feel the base it’s like a purchase made months ago yet it’s new I was told to forward pictures of the bed and will receive follow up, I guess they want me to be stuck with an item after 14 days of purchase.
I'm extremely disappointed with this company’s delivery and communication. My order, placed on April 25th, still hasn't arrived 11 days later (excluding holidays). The website doesn't provide any updates, and I've had to take time out of my schedule to call them multiple times. The lack of communication and updates is unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect better. Until mattress warehouse improves their delivery times and communication, I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Didn’t even meet the delivery time frame 🚮 The overall service is appalling
Prompt and quite the guy helped me a lot in making sure that I got my order I’m really happy
I have placed an order on Makro on the 1st of September till today it still says in progress and has not changed the status, called customer service twice to find out and arrange a pick up of this order to a location where the stoves are available on but the lady on the line never gave me a chance she just changed my order from pick up to a delivery order. Which still has no update
