Don't keep to their promised time

I ordered and paid for my food 16 hours ahead of time, expecting it to be ready the next morning. However, when I went to pick it up, they had not even begun to prepare it.

The manager was impolite and unhelpful. They did not respect the time they promised.

The only good thing about this place is the food quality, which is outstanding.
