20 Jan 2026, 12:34I booked an apartment at Breaker’s Apartments via Booking.com on 11 December 2025.
Upon arrival, I viewed the apartment and found that it did not match the photos or description shown on Booking.com. I cancelled immediately and did not stay overnight or use the accommodation.
Booking.com notified the property of the cancellation. A month later, I am still waiting for a refund. When I contacted the person managing the apartment (Adam), he repeatedly asked what I didn’t like instead of processing the refund.
As of today, no refund has been issued. I am sharing this so future guests are aware of my experience.Date of stay:December 2025Trip type:Traveled with family
