I need a refund from Uber eats, 3 payments had went on the 12th of March, till to date my money is gone, the disputed those payments I even changed my card, but UberEATS is t helping at all. They told me a name that had a profile name of ZINTLE
So on the 11 of December 2025 I booked an apartment at Breakers Apartment, handled by Adam , booking reference :6160857361. I booked through booking.com as agent. So when I got there, viewing the. Place obviously, I find it very unsatisfactory and I didn't like the place so I cancelled through booking.com an agent still. Booking com. Notified Adam who is the property owner if I may say. So yesterday the 13 January 2026, I called Adam directly telling him of the situation and that I need my money back as in refund. Adam never attended. To. My request and that of booking.com Now I feel like I've been ****med and I'm taking this to thee higher authority that is tourism board. I'm very disgruntled by Adams service and to think of that he's forcing me stop sleep in a place that I don't like... Please speak to him here's his direct line 082 0877 744 it's been a month now... Hellopeter isn't helping either, what must I do?
Breakers hasn't refunded me, it's been 3 weeks now, so I've given then a zero rating... I'm not happy with their services and their responses are not up to par
So basically im here to complain, I wasn't happy at all with what I thought I was sold to. So on the 11th of December 2025 I made a booking through bookings.com which Ied me to Breakers Resort Hotel. So from what I saw on the pics and compared to what I saw when I checked the property, it was a complete opposite, so I cancelled , as of that day no response from the property and that's appalling from my side. So I paid R2304.00 for that nighy but never slept there because of the property, I was dissatisfied bigtime. So now I need my money back and my booking number : 6160857361.
On Sunday the 8th of December a hit a ride from the shops to home just a mere R68.00 trip.. Didn't notice that I accidently left my card holder in the car. On Monday I lodge a complaint, as you know Uber would make an attempt to help but little did you know, it's been 48 hours now trying to get hold of the driver, trying countless times to get assistance from Uber help. Now this morning they've been trying to get the driver to call me or get in touch with me but still nothing... Now my question is what's so hard to call the driver explain the situation or maybe I should get info of the car then head straight to the cars address because that I can do. Well, I don't even know where to begin but I'm just emotionally drained, endless calls, endless emails, now I'm on their IG account, now Hello Peter is my last resort. It's over a month now asking for my refund but all I get is lies, just now about 20mins ago, they only asking me for my details, do I literally have to go this route to get their attention? Appalling administration, I must say
