Disgruntled Customer and no response from the property

So basically im here to complain, I wasn't happy at all with what I thought I was sold to. So on the 11th of December 2025 I made a booking through bookings.com which Ied me to Breakers Resort Hotel.

So from what I saw on the pics and compared to what I saw when I checked the property, it was a complete opposite, so I cancelled , as of that day no response from the property and that's appalling from my side. So I paid R2304.00 for that nighy but never slept there because of the property, I was dissatisfied bigtime. So now I need my money back and my booking number : 6160857361.
