WARNING! Do not trust Brian - he lies and *****s your money

WARNING!! I had a terrible experience with Brian. His team pitched up at 6 on the morning of the 22nd of March and they built the cabin from a pile of wood within 5 hours. It looked amazing and when Brian joined them, he indicated that he underestimated the costs of the aluminium windows and doors and needed money to go and buy it. The balance of the invoice was paid in good faith, as he said the team will be on site the next morning. He left to go and buy the windows and doors and that was the last we saw of him and his team. They had 2 corrugated iron sheets short on the original build and the recent rain proved that the roof they had erected was leaking. One of the roof beams was broken while they built the structure and they patched it with a piece of wood. We have heard every excuse, first the bakkie’s gearbox broke, then he admitted that they were finishing the job in Brakpan, then we heard that they were in KZN, then they don’t work on weekends and then it was raining too much. When the rain let up on Tuesday, he just ignored all calls. We eventually said they don’t need to do the work, they must just drop the windows, doors, hardboard and aerolite and we will get someone to do the work. And yes, we did research before contracting with him – Hello Peter, Facebook, Instagram, etc. They just open a new profile everytime they mess up. Brian also uses his family and friends to open profiles – there are quite a few, Log homes and nutec houses, Brian Wendy’s and log cabins, etc. When I threatened to post this on his wall, he threatened that he won’t bring the stuff. I gave him another 5 days grace and now Brian is just ignoring my calls and what’s app’s. Brian, I will post this on each post where someone shows interest, until you either pay back the money, or bring the stuff. I am also laying a charge at the police.
