Artistic but lacks integrity
Very talented haute couture designer, pattern maker and dress maker but will insist for a deposit and once you've paid the deposit there will be a list of excuses, delays, dis interest and lack of enthusiasm to deliver what you've paid a deposit for. Do not pay her a deposit without any form of a paper trail or receipt to guarantee the goods. I canceled my dress request a few days after making payment in June and am still awaiting my refund. She does not respond to emails nor honor her word to repay me back the money I paid her so think her work ethics are questionable. Very disappointed as she is exceptionally talented and artistic, her attention to design and dress detail are flawless but I will never do business with her ever again!

I would definitely recommend Bridal Alchemy, from the beginning they were so professional and helpful. We ordered 4 bridesmaids dresses from them and all 4 dress came out perfect! The dresses was truly beautiful, neat and absolutely stunning! I was so satisfied with this professional service!! Thank you Bridal Alchemy. 👏

I ordered my little girl's flower dress online with them and added some comments to change it a bit, and I received it Monday. (earlier than expected). The dress is exquisitely made, you immediately recognize the pride and care their items are made with. Thank you so much, you have really exceeded my expectations. Choose this company if you need face masks
I ordered face masks from Bridal Alchemy on Saturday afternoon. By Tuesday morning they had been delivered. Lovely fabrics to choose from, different sizes, longer elastics for comfort and what really impressed me was the inclusion of one extra free mask with a request to pass it on to someone less fortunate. I’ll always support a company that gives back to the community in times of need.
