Virgin Active is useless
Sivantho and Nicole Welch are now invoicing me 3 years later after having canceled my membership. My son canceled in Feb 2025, I have been making payments to settle the amount and they having been posting it to a membership of mine I was not aware still existed. Useless accounting and credit controlling

Finance department cannot add or count
Absolutely disgusted with VA. My son canceled his gym membership and requested it to be frozen (he has just finished matric) it is my responsibility to now pay R3000+ I agreed to pay it off as it's a huge amount to pay yet they phone me daily. I asked to pay it off but everytime I have paid an amount it suddenly increases and is now o wr R3900? How on earth is this even possible? I understand the cancelation fee but it can't accumulate and incr3ase when it's being paid off. Something funny is going g on in the finance department, *******ion? *****? Who knows in South Africa

Mr Price Longbeach Mall. All talk no action at Longbeach Mall.... I asked Mr Price Longbeach Mall to please order a Hotwheels boys bomber jacket for us....first they told me to set up the app which I did! It was not available to order online! As the jacket was only available in Potchefstroom, Bloemfontein, and in Durban....I was assured they'd assist me bur I still ne er heard from them. The available units are now down and they overpromised and under delivered! Useless store! I'll now be phoning the relative stores myself

Creative Albums
Creative Albums printed our photos incorrectly and the cost was R1500. The album was a gift for my amazing husband. Beautifully presented, but a very eexpensive mistake. I should have rather used Rapid Studio again despite being a real tech dummy.

Ellens Gems - beautiful items, not very well made! An earring and the bracelet are sadly lost due to poor craftsmanship but Ellen asks for video footage to prove the faults which is impossible due to the items having fallen off because of the weak clasps which is a shame as the items lost were over R1000. Please be cautious when purchasing from Ellen

Pattern Alchemy
Pattern Alchemy- very talented designer but ruthless! I paid a R3500 deposit for a wedding dress. My deposit was spent on her household and instead I was sent 3x infinite dresses which were made using cheap fabric and I would not recommend her to anyone! So I lost R3500, and the dress value for 3x infinity dresses would maybe be R500 although she claims that the value is way more than R3500. Business honestly and ethics are lacking!!!! DO NOT USE Pattern Alchemy! Hout Bay

Artistic but lacks integrity
Very talented haute couture designer, pattern maker and dress maker but will insist for a deposit and once you've paid the deposit there will be a list of excuses, delays, dis interest and lack of enthusiasm to deliver what you've paid a deposit for. Do not pay her a deposit without any form of a paper trail or receipt to guarantee the goods. I canceled my dress request a few days after making payment in June and am still awaiting my refund. She does not respond to emails nor honor her word to repay me back the money I paid her so think her work ethics are questionable. Very disappointed as she is exceptionally talented and artistic, her attention to design and dress detail are flawless but I will never do business with her ever again!

JENNY KRIEL. she operates from Church Street Mossel Bay and Craddock Street Graaf Reneit. Total sham and con artist.
