Fantastic service!
I ordered my little girl's flower dress online with them and added some comments to change it a bit, and I received it Monday. (earlier than expected). The dress is exquisitely made, you immediately recognize the pride and care their items are made with. Thank you so much, you have really exceeded my expectations. No service
Debonairs Eldoraigne Waited over an hour for delivery, called twice with the promise of feedback which we never got. Eventually went to the store to sort it out, and no one has answers. At six months pregnant, had to wait again for a new order. I have truly never had a good experience with Debonairs, and I most probably never will. Such a dissappointment on a start to the new year. Was the last time as well.

Outstanding Hospital claims
I have been on Classic Saver option plan, and on the 06th August 2015, I was admitted to hospital for a week. Discovery took all my MSA savings and paid the hospital bill, and also did not settle the full Hospital account. Since then I took it up with Discovery with no success, I took it up with our Discovery broker in our Company, whom also took it up with Discovery, and I got an email stating that Discovery acknowledge an error in processing the claims, and it would be sorted within 3-5 Working days. Discovery then took last of my MSA, and also paid it over to the hospital!!!! Why am I guaranteed unlimited hospital cover, AND Discovery admitted they made a mistake, this is still not sorted.<br> <br> I want to know:<br> 1. When will the hospital bill be settled<br> 2. When will my MSA be credited back in total to the amount it was before I was admitted to hospital<br> 3. When will Discovery refund my MSA to my bank account, as I opted this year for a Plan without an MSA, I'll rather save up my own money in a savings account, then have Discovery deal with it.<br> <br>

Report / block stolen device - struggling
My Ipad was stolen on the 22nd of May 2015. Since then I have been attempting to report and block the number with Cell C, and to get my ITC number. On thursday, the consultant I have spoken with said that I would receive the ITC number via SMS within 2 days. This morning I phoned again, and now I'm being told that I have to go into a cell c store to fill out some forms, then it would be faxed to the call centre, and then I will have to wait a few MORE days before I receive an ITC number???!!!!
