I have claimed for a Tyre based on the warranty I purchase wit a new set . In January I claimed for pothole damage. Bridgestone said mid February. After getting the run around by the sales rep I put in a complaint on their web site. Ary Coetzee came back to me and arranged delivery on 18th Jan. Due to back order from sales department there Neo made excuses. So I waited for Feb date. THis has passed and I am now referred to Madia Magena. After emails I have not heard any feedback. Trying to sales department they send you back to reseption that does not answer the phone.
Seems Bridgestone has no working processes
