I have claimed for a Tyre based on the warranty I purchase wit a new set . In January I claimed for pothole damage. Bridgestone said mid February. After getting the run around by the sales rep I put in a complaint on their web site. Ary Coetzee came back to me and arranged delivery on 18th Jan. Due to back order from sales department there Neo made excuses. So I waited for Feb date. THis has passed and I am now referred to Madia Magena. After emails I have not heard any feedback. Trying to sales department they send you back to reseption that does not answer the phone. Seems Bridgestone has no working processes
I have bought a data contract and for the last two weeks I have almost no throughput as the Vodacom signal is almost non existing. I have logged a call and all customer services (135) is stating that the call is in progress and someone will give me a call. Neither the back offiice, network departments nor Team lead or Management is available or not in yet (at 9:45 in the morning) Maybe because management is late Vodacom customers are getting bad service. Can someone at Vodacom please respond and tell me who can assist me please
I cancelled my Subscription in November but then they deducted December and gave me credit. Then DSTV was cancelled and no funds was taken January. On Feb1 my subscription was re-activated by DSTV in error, and Fees was taken out of my account in error, I spoke to the Helpdesk/chat who did the cancellation and request the refund again and indicated DSTV error will be fixed withing 2 days. AS of today(12 Feb) I am still waiting for DSTV to fix their error. DSTV is stealing money and taking the interest on it . Are you so cash strapped ?
I have been using rain for some time and was a happy customer. Since the 9th January 2021 the network connectivity is very bad. I logged a call at their customer-NO-support desk , escalated now for the 3rd time to their network support team and still is it not fixed. Besides getting one email from a techie there is just NO feedback on my matter no suggestions, no assistance. I have now twice tried to escalate this to senior management and insisted their customer NO-support desk and the NO-support manager to give me a call but no cigar. I presume if there is NO management then there would be NO customer support NOR Network Support. I understand the Covid way of working but to have NO feedback to unsatisfied customer is just unacceptable
