Brightlink is such an *********** company, bunch of losers. I’m Tshepo Mantjie, my order OVR-050924-00660153 - ,reference number 00272142 , it’s been almost two weeks without internet, when I try to contact them they take me from pillar to post.

I'm extremely disappointed with the service provided by Vumatel, Home Connect, and Brightlink. Despite submitting all required documents twice, enduring delays due to the previous owner's line activation, it's been 10 days without internet. The lack of communication and unresolved issues are unacceptable.

Worst company ive ever dealt with including telkom.. Waiting over a month for a fibre installation and its still not installed. spend at least a minimum of one hour calling this place and some of the staff are plain rude. I am going to ask MWEB to assign an alternate installation company to my order and also advise them of how poor the service has been from MCTbrightlink. The installation teams and the co-ordinators do not communicate, they will send out the wrong team multiple times to the same property with no apology. They promise to call back but dont, their techicians do not show up on times for their appointments. When i raised this concern I was told I was wrong by the callcentre the driver was not meant to come at 12:00 but rather at 14:00.however to their dismay I was correct but the technician was 40 minutes late and arrived at 12;40. The callcentre agent did not apologise for this or explain why this happened. I hope no one else has to deal with this company as I have yet to meet one helpful person out of the multiple call centre agents and about 10 different technicians they have sent out (who could not do the installation due to many reasons). The last reason was that there is no FX on the fibre line, yet the technicians made us pull up paving before checking the basics like is the fibre line working... What a joke, management you guys wont be around for long at this rate.

I'm extremely disgusted at the level of service your company provides. Not one I have spoken to ever called me back as the promised. Nor do they look or respond to the emails. I'm so frustrated with what your staff offer as customer service. I. Refereffering to whoever deals with Cape Town
