It's been 4vweeks since I returned a faulty item. Having spoken to more than 5 agents im still haven't been refunded nor do I received feedback. I have to continously ask.
I'm extremely disgusted at the level of service your company provides. Not one I have spoken to ever called me back as the promised. Nor do they look or respond to the emails. I'm so frustrated with what your staff offer as customer service. I. Refereffering to whoever deals with Cape Town
