Your technicians didn't bother to check if my fibre is working they just left me without a signal which is not fair
So yesterday my fibre was installed brightlink MCT vuma under the isp of vodacom but the problem is i dont have signal since yesterday the painful part i have to start to on work Thursday i called vodacom they saidy fibre was not activated so how long should i wait for my account to be activated when i check with vuma my account is activated please just fix this because i paid full amount i dont know the problem is with the isp or the technicians didn't do a good job because they left without checking if its working.
So yesterday my fibre was installed by vuma brightlink with isp vodacom the problem is they didn't bother to check if my fibre is working they just left saying the light that is blinking will be fine after some few minutes because of the rain I call vodacom they said my account was not activated the problem is since they installed the fibre there is no signal the problem it could be in the poll
