Brightwave issues

They are multiple issues with this service provider but the one that counts the most is service delivery which they lack in as it takes them a whole month before installing the pole/dish/router after you have paid and worst off when you have internet connectivity issues they are unable to immediately resolve it.

Another being that currently I have requested to cancel my subscription with them and I am unable to reach them on all their listed contact details on their website.
