Terrible service, rude to clients, don't take responsibility for faulty products and always threaten with legal action even when they wrong. STAY AWAY!!! This company has change names and banking details in 6 months... This screams SCAM

They are multiple issues with this service provider but the one that counts the most is service delivery which they lack in as it takes them a whole month before installing the pole/dish/router after you have paid and worst off when you have internet connectivity issues they are unable to immediately resolve it. Another being that currently I have requested to cancel my subscription with them and I am unable to reach them on all their listed contact details on their website. bad service.

I paid a total sum of R2000.00 (two thousand rands only) to Brightwave for the installation and supply of internet services (see Proof of Payment and Customer Order form attached) to me. Brightwave has failed for months to install this equipment and only in Aug 2018 when a Technician Derrick advised me that I did not have coverage in my area and that it was going to take a while for the issue to be resolved.. I requested for a refund of the total amount as the service was never rendered or delivered, but the accounts department doesnt erspond to the request answer calls and respond to the emails. Dont ever try to use their service because their service is appauling its only their technical support that knows what they are doing

This company at least in Mthatha is very bad they make a contract with you for an speed of 2 mbs and you realice that it only works the first month the rest of the time is less than 0.2 mbs you can complaint and they will promise and promise to fix ir when they pick the phone which is rare is also the same for the ones who has bigger contract so my rate os minus 0 for this company if there something more vas I will give them that qualification

Ever since I bought and installed a Wi-Fi with Brightwave I have had terrible experience with their service since August 2016. Every time after I have paid for the service I don't get connected to the internet and I must keep calling them every time coz I'm not connected. And it costs me more money on making daily calls to them. Since September 14 2017 I paid for the service but I haven't been connected to date. I have been calling them ever since and all I get is lies from the person I've been talking to at Brightwave by the name of Tebogo. She said to me on the above mentioned date wafter I contacted her that she will send the technicians to my place to check the problem. I waited and kept calling every second day to check up with her regarding those technicians she kept on promising me they'll be coming the next when I speak with her. But they only came to my house on the 12th of October 2017 at around 13:00 which is a month later. The technicians name is Melusi who told me that the problem could be where my antenna connects and they will need to move it from that house they have put it and all that will only happen on Monday the 16th October 2017. And they also found out that my antenna is loose and it needs to be properly installed and they will do it as well. And my antenna is loose and it's about to fall and it might fall at anytime from now and it will hurt someone or fall on my car. (I'm more than happy to provide pix of the falling antenna) But all that has not happened till this day. I keep on calling Tebogo daily and all I get from her is that the technicians are coming to fix my problem but nothing like that happens. I'm urging anyone who wants Wi-Fi to never use Brightwave.

We continue to receive appauling service from brightwave, their internet never works and they really dont care that we pay for a service that we never get. They have now closed my internet saying that I did not pay after sending them proof of payment to Lebogang nkomo
