Con artist
If there was a 0 star that is what I would give this company. I had just moved into my place. I saw the van in the complex, decided to take the number because I had an issue with my heat pump and they were working on one. Called the number and got through to Gerhard Coetzee. He had a look at the heat pump, said he needed a part that was discontinued, he said he has a friend who has these parts, he made "a call to his friend, even asked for a discount". Told me it was R1100 and it had to be cash. The body corporate had got him to work in the complex, so I trusted him. Thereafter everyday was a story, tomorrow, can't get the part, then I had to meet him at the mall to give me the money back. He even got his wife Chantelle to do a **** Proof of Payment to say the returned the money to me. Do yourself a favour just stay away.

Con artist and thief Gerhard Coetzee
Gerhard Coetzee is a con artist and a thief. Told me my Samsung washing machines board has gone and then proceeds to tell me he has a speed queen for R4500 if I want it. And tells me he has exactly the same Hoover as mine and will give me that one and take my broken one. I pay him R4500 he takes my Samsung and Hoover and then finds excuses why he can’t deliver and done a runner. I’m opening a case against him. Don’t do business with him. He often doesn’t advertise his actual business name.

Brilliant Heating and Cooling / Brilliant Maintenance Gerhard Coetzee
Gerhard the owner of this company is a scam artist. He was supposed to fix our door handle on our Dishwasher, after a few weeks he said he couldnt but he had another machine for R1500, if we could do a ewallet he would deliver it that day. Had no reason to distrust him as he did work for one of our employees. Worst ever. Since then we have begged and pleaded to deliver it, then i asked for a refund and to return our current dishwasher handle so we could take it elsewhere. Everyday is a different excuse or promise. I am now going to lay a charge against this guy. Do not use him. After my problem with him i hit google and there are so many complaints against him and he uses the same excuses with everyone. If there was minus stars i would use them, he doesnt even deserve a 1 star.

Biggest shark ever
1 star is the lowest, I wish I could rate zero. Installed a new D5 SMART gate motor, still waiting for one remote for over a month and guess what, the gate motor no longer works!! He sold us so many lies about this motor and what it does and still took our old one and receiver. He just keeps coming with excuses and lies. Now we have to get someone else from centurion to come and fix it and pay more. What a thief and shark. Never use him.

Brilliant heating and cooling - SCAM
Please DO NOT waste your time, and almost get caught like i did. This Guy (Gerhard Coetzee) is the biggest scammer in the world. On 3 may 2022 i paid him a R5000 deposit to install a Gas Geyser. And claimed he would come the next day. And they day after. and the day after. Every time i phoned him he was just an hour away. I had to go to the police twice to get him to pay my money back. And my favorite part is how he demeans people for wanting their money back. Swore at my husband, kept calling me hysterical etc.. This guy is bad news. Until now he is struggling his way to my house to pay the last R500 he stole with a million false promises. Do not get taken in with his 32 year knowledge, or his demeaner on how amazing his service is. It is NOT. BE warned. There is a lot of Reviews, the same as mine. DO YOUR Research first please.
